Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative at AtScale, you live to make our customers happy, doing whatever it takes to ensure their success.  You act as a tireless advocate on their behalf – rallying the right folks within AtScale to deliver a delightful customer experience.

The ideal candidate has customer success experience with on-premise software and is technical in at least one of the following areas: BI, Hadoop, data modeling or OLAP.

Responsibilities include:

  • Getting customers running and referenceable on AtScale as quickly as possible
  • Building strong relationships with the implementation team and high-level stakeholders at each customer to ensure that AtScale is delivering value
  • Becoming an expert on the installation, configuration and day-to-day use of the AtScale product
  • Rallying subject matter experts across AtScale to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the product
  • Advocating for feature requests and bug fixes on behalf of the customer
  • Being meticulous about tracking things and follow-through
  • Visiting customer sites (some travel < 25%)


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years total experience in one or more of these fields:
    • customer success
    • software engineering
    • database design
    • BI tools
    • Hadoop administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High-energy, proactive, team-oriented, analytical individual who loves speaking with customers
