Enterprise Sales Development Representative

AtScale is expanding its Sales Development team to help us manage the growing demand for our solutions as well as to drive new customer engagements.  The SDR is the customer’s first experience with AtScale so you need to be able to make a great first impression to earn the right to qualify leads and identify appropriate next steps.

  • Efficiently respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads
  • Articulate the AtScale value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in AtScale’s products
  • Outbound nurturing of US Fortune 1000 companies via phone, email, and other marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with sales management and individual enterprise account executives to develop targeted demand generation strategies to drive opportunities for new business

Required Skills/Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, sales, and/or marketing
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Articulate with strong business acumen
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • BA/BS preferred
